Meet the Team
At Fledglings we have a small team of experienced staff. Leading this team is Louise, who would be happy to speak or meet you to answer any questions you may have. The team has over 65 years experience between them and as a small, close team they work well together to ensure your child has a great experience with them.

The Team
Louise Phipp - Manager, Designated Safeguarding Lead and Special Educational Needs Coordinator (Senco)
Louise is a qualified Early Years Teacher. She has a BA (Hons) in Early Years and has worked at Fledglings for 13 years.
Kelly Farry - Deputy Manager
Kelly is a busy mum of 4 and has worked in childcare for many years. She has a BA Degree in Education and training studies. Kelly is Deputy Manager and a Key person.
Jacqueline Lambert - Key person
Jacqui has a Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner qualification.
Jacqui has many years of experience within the childcare industry and also works as our Equality and Diversity Officer.
Emma Moore - Key Person
Emma has a level 3 in Early Years Care and Education and has worked with children for over 20 years. Emma and Kelly are in charge of our outdoor provision.
Tahmina Ahmed - Apprentice Practitioner
Tahmina is excited to be studying for her Level 3 at Fledglings and has previous experience within Special Educational Needs settings.
All staff receive regular training in all areas of childcare, particularly Safeguarding, Prevent and Food Hygiene.
All staff hold up to date Paediatric First Aid Certificates.
